At EDT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
